Onion rice stew

So.... Here is a little recipy.

1 onion

3 med - large shallots

One container (1-2cups) of pre cooked rice

4 cloves garlic

House seasoning

4 tbs butter

4-6 cups beef broth

It's kinda like a French onion stew. I like it.

Mushroom pizza. Yum.

Sweet banana peppers! I think they could have grown a bit bigger but I was hungry.

Today's lunch

Elbow pasta with franks hot sauce mixture. I love leftovers! :3

The Mayan Apocalypse

Or rather, the Apocalypse That Wasn't. Looks like thoughs rapture guys arn't the only ones missing their mark. Thankfully.

I know one person I work with was kinda hoping something would happen that would wipe her student loans. Can't say that I blame her for that idea.

I wonder if all the people that bought 'doomsday' survival kits are demanding a return?
